This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the vision, strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and partner ecosystem for OSV's employee benefits and financial wellness offerings.
• Articulate and refine the vision, strategy, target demographics, value propositions, strategic decisions, and success metrics of the portfolio.
• Convert company strategy into product outcomes, priorities for the portfolio, investment suggestions, and long-term plans.
• Evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, economic factors, regulatory aspects, and related opportunities.
• Establish ongoing customer discovery practices and confirm assumptions via interviews, data analysis, research, prototypes, and market trials.
• Develop the strategy for the partner ecosystem and decide where OSV should build, acquire, integrate, or collaborate.
• Oversee partner assessment, selection, due diligence, contracting, integration, launch strategies, scorecards, and performance evaluations.
• Manage an outcome-driven roadmap and prioritize initiatives across the portfolio.
• Facilitate quarterly and annual portfolio planning, effectively communicating tradeoffs and sequencing.
• Shape commercialization strategies, including target segments, positioning, packaging, pricing considerations, channels, launch goals, enablement, readiness, and adoption plans.
• Track post-launch adoption rates, user engagement, customer feedback, service performance, economic factors, and partner results.
• Oversee products through scaling, optimization, repositioning, consolidation, and retirement phases.
• Develop scorecards to monitor customer, product, partner, operational, commercial, and financial outcomes.
• Produce executive reports detailing outcomes, insights, decisions, risks, and suggested actions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the initial team member and recruit an additional member as the portfolio grows.
• Enhance the product team's capabilities in discovery, strategy, partner management, roadmapping, analytics, experimentation, and commercialization.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, employee benefits, fintech, HR technology, payments, lending, or a related domain.
• Proven track record of ownership over product strategy, roadmaps, portfolio decisions, and measurable product or business outcomes.
• Experience in evaluating, selecting, negotiating with, and managing external product or technology partners.
• Strong commercial and financial insight, including the ability to assess market attractiveness, customer value, business cases, economics, and investment trade-offs.
• Experience leading intricate, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without solely relying on formal authority.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive presentation abilities.
• Experience in people leadership or coaching, with the capability to build a small, high-impact product team.
• Preferred: background in employee benefits, voluntary benefits, financial wellness, consumer finance, lending, payments, or digital wallet sectors.
• Preferred: experience with SaaS, partner-led, platform, marketplace, or ecosystem business models.
• Preferred: understanding of the Workday ecosystem and employer-sponsored employee experiences.
• Preferred: experience working in regulated environments and collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Risk teams.
