This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and convey the comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with the objectives of the company.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a product management team, cultivating a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Examine market trends, customer demands, and the competitive landscape to drive product innovation and differentiation.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing improvements.
• Establish and assess key product metrics to measure success and guide future decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Act as the voice of the customer and an industry thought leader.
• Influence executive leadership and present business cases effectively.
• Manage product budgets and timelines efficiently.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Recruit, develop, coach, lead, and retain top-tier talent.
• Fulfill responsibilities detailed in performance reviews and objectives.
• Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned.
• Carry out responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• MBA is preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in product management.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Profound understanding of the Consumer Engagement market.
• Expertise in closing quality measure and risk-related gaps.
• Demonstrated success in launching software products.
• Experience in building and mentoring high-performing product teams.
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced environments.
• Must ensure high-speed internet access/connectivity and manage office setup and maintenance.
