This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee Product Management at Two Chairs, leading a team of four senior product managers.
β’ Report directly to the SVP of Product & Engineering, collaborating as a peer with the Head of Engineering & Data and the Senior Director of Design.
β’ Manage, mentor, and develop PMs, maintaining high levels of autonomy and clear expectations.
β’ Foster the growth of senior PMs and their skill sets, including defining the evolution of PM practices in relation to AI.
β’ Champion team health, capacity, and growth, while promoting psychological safety, inclusion, and a culture of continuous learning.
β’ Create and articulate a multi-year product strategy that aligns with the companyβs vision and business objectives.
β’ Take ownership of annual and quarterly planning, which includes roadmap development, estimation, launch schedules, and technical foundations.
β’ Convey the impact of the roadmap throughout the organization and implement lean-team product methodologies.
β’ Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Clinical, Operations, Finance, commercial teams, the CEO, and other executive leaders.
β’ Link product and technology to commercial value, creating coherent roadmaps for clinical, client, and commercial stakeholders.
β’ Build trust with PMs and cross-functional colleagues within the first 90 days.
β’ Take responsibility for core company OKRs and deliver software that positively impacts therapists, clients, and commercial outcomes.
β’ Proven history of leading product teams and managing senior PMs, with a coaching approach that empowers experienced professionals.
β’ Strong perspectives on PM practices, with experience in advancing senior PMs to principal PMs.
β’ Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to make tough decisions, accompanied by clear explanations.
β’ Established working relationships with Engineering, Design, and Data leaders, and a track record of preventing an "us versus them" mentality between product and engineering.
β’ Capability to build trust with heads of other functions and with founders or CEOs.
β’ Experience in setting long-term product strategies and effectively communicating them to leadership.
β’ Background in startup or high-growth environments, where urgency was essential and resources were constrained.
β’ Empathy and a dedication to fostering inclusion and psychological safety.
β’ Healthcare experience is advantageous, particularly on the commercial front (health plans, payers, or market-facing roles); experience in complex B2B or services industries is also valuable.
β’ Curiosity about healthcare or mission-driven initiatives, as well as an understanding of the clinicians who utilize our products.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
