This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Act as the primary contact for major Oncology group practices and integrated delivery networks specializing in Oncology and Hematology.
• Position the company as a leader in the industry and a reliable resource.
• Assist healthcare partners and providers to enhance patient health outcomes.
• Oversee accounts within the Mid-South region.
• Cultivate and sustain trust with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
• Navigate through difficult and uncertain situations while prioritizing tasks to achieve goals.
• Influence stakeholders and lead without formal authority in complex scenarios.
• Deliver authorized disease and product information to key decision-makers.
• Optimize the appropriate use of the product portfolio.
• Align approved resources and messaging with customer needs and quality initiatives.
• Grasp treatment decision factors, pathways, protocols, care sites, guidelines, and quality initiatives.
• Utilize internal data and analytics to assess account performance and uncover engagement opportunities.
• Develop and implement coordinated, long-term account strategies.
• Organize local account teams to ensure contract execution and respond to inquiries regarding contract terms or conditions.
• Create strategic account approaches that align with marketing guidance.
• Synchronize brand strategy and tactics with customer requirements and business goals.
• Forge relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers.
• Identify resources that meet customer needs and comprehend enterprise access points.
• Capture, share, and relay customer information internally using authorized tools.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of sales experience OR high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, life sciences, sales, account management, or managed care.
• Equivalent experience may include professional sales, healthcare/scientific roles with oncology experience, professional marketing, or military service.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Proven ability to establish and nurture significant customer relationships with senior healthcare executives and key opinion leaders.
• Demonstrated financial acumen with the ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate when necessary.
• Strong comprehension of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Solid leadership skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional, matrix organizations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Oncology experience is strongly preferred.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with local market relationships and customer insights is preferred.
• Current account management experience in large Oncology group practices and integrated delivery networks focused on Oncology and Hematology is preferred.
