This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +10 more states.
• Cultivate and sustain trusted relationships with designated health & benefits and pharmacy consulting firms.
• Ensure access to essential offices, producers, and consultant stakeholders.
• Provide education to consultants through face-to-face and virtual meetings, office training sessions, and events regarding the RxSS value proposition, outcomes, and ideal client profiles.
• Collaborate with consultants to pinpoint target employer prospects and facilitate introductions to the RxSS Employer Sales team.
• Represent RxSS at meetings hosted by consultants, vendor summits, conferences, and industry events.
• Implement customized relationship and market plans for priority consultant organizations.
• Collect and synthesize consultant feedback, competitive intelligence, and market insights.
• Work alongside Sales and Customer Success to monitor pipeline health, relationship risks, and account strategies.
• Document and report consultant engagement activities and outcomes in CRM systems.
• Assist with consultant-driven requests such as RFPs and opportunity assessments in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience in health & benefits consulting, brokerage, strategic account management, or business development.
• Proven experience engaging with national or large regional consulting organizations.
• Previous experience in a benefits consulting or brokerage firm is highly preferred.
• Established relationships and a solid understanding of the health & benefits and pharmacy consulting ecosystem.
• Experience with or in selling digital health, benefits, or SaaS point solutions.
• Familiarity with employer-sponsored benefits is highly advantageous.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, educate, and present to consultant audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to clearly and credibly articulate complex value propositions.
• Ability to thrive in a growth-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM and enablement tools such as Salesforce and Highspot.
• Strong networking, social selling, and relationship development capabilities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
