Senior Director, Policy Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement an ambitious, actionable climate policy agenda for both state and federal levels.

• Gather insights from policy team members and transform the policy agenda into practical work streams.

• Oversee and mentor the policy team.

• Ensure seamless integration of the Policy team with the State and Federal teams.

• Establish and effectively promote a visionary policy framework that can be applied nationwide.

• Directly supervise all members of the Policy team.

• Full-time Senior Director, Policy Team role.

• Capability to function as a vital thought partner to the Vice President, Policy in the design and execution of a climate policy agenda.

• Proficiency in managing and mentoring the policy team.

• Ability to harmonize policy initiatives with State and Federal teams.

• Competence in directly managing all members of the Policy team.
