This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and implement a long-term product strategy for the platform that aligns with technology investments, organizational priorities, and enterprise goals.
• Define the platform portfolio, making decisions regarding standardization, consolidation, development, acquisition, retirement, or enabling local flexibility.
• Oversee Product Managers and Product Leaders responsible for shared business and technology capabilities, enterprise platforms and services, internal developer platforms, APIs, integrations, and reusable capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Business leaders on platform roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Enhance platform adoption by improving the developer experience, self-service options, onboarding processes, and product usability.
• Design AI- and agent-enabled platform features that are machine-consumable, observable, secure, and aimed at minimizing toil.
• Prioritize investments in new capabilities, scalability, reliability, security, technical debt, and operational excellence.
• Set success criteria and operational metrics for adoption, utilization, reliability, developer productivity, and business impact.
• Lead cross-functional planning to address immediate business needs while fostering long-term growth.
• Articulate the platform vision, roadmaps, business cases, risks, and tradeoffs to executive stakeholders.
• Foster partnerships across product and technology teams to identify opportunities for shared capabilities and standardization.
• Build and manage a high-performing product organization with well-defined ownership, decision rights, accountability, and visibility into the portfolio.
• Over 10 years of experience in Product Management, with leadership responsibilities in platform, technology, infrastructure, developer, or enterprise software products.
• Proven track record in developing and executing platform strategies that serve multiple products, business units, or customer segments.
• Strong grasp of modern software development practices, cloud technologies, APIs, platform architectures, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive, business, and technology stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience in balancing strategic investments, customer needs, technical debt, operational excellence, reliability, security, and compliance requirements.
• Strong business insight linking product investments to tangible business outcomes.
• Outstanding communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities, with experience in presenting to senior leadership.
• Familiarity with cloud-native platforms, developer platforms, APIs, and enterprise integrations, as well as AI/agent-enabled capabilities or other shared enterprise services.
• Proven capacity to translate emerging technologies into scalable business and developer value.
• Demonstrated experience in leading through other Product Managers and Product Leaders, fostering clarity and accountability across a portfolio.
• Preferred experience in highly regulated, complex enterprise settings where security, compliance, reliability, and risk management are vital.
