
Senior Director, Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of performance marketing initiatives in North America, Europe, and APAC.
• Allocate budgets strategically and manage pacing to reach both short-term and long-term growth, CAC, and payback objectives.
• Oversee daily media operations across key channels.
• Enhance campaigns, utilize budgets effectively, and swiftly identify and resolve performance challenges.
• Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm, create, and refine ad content.
• Establish and manage analytics frameworks that encompass campaign metrics, marketing mix, incrementality, monthly performance indicators, and intra-day problem-solving.
• Define the roadmap for performance marketing testing.
• Lead and nurture a team of performance marketers through goal setting, coaching, and constructive feedback.
• Act as the internal authority on paid channel dynamics, platform updates, and industry developments.
• Work in partnership with influencer, social, product marketing, lifecycle, and additional marketing teams.
• Investigate, test, and evaluate new paid advertising avenues.
• Provide guidance and mentorship while remaining actively involved in advertising accounts as necessary.
• Advocate for a comprehensive understanding of Lovevery customers in relation to targeting, messaging, and channel strategies.
• Over 10 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Proven ability to manage substantial paid media budgets, preferably exceeding $10M annually.
• Experience in leading performance marketing efforts in international markets.
• Proficiency in major paid acquisition channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar platforms.
• Practical knowledge of platform optimizations, bidding techniques, and measurement approaches.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in attribution models, marketing mix modeling, and incrementality testing.
• Familiarity with marketing technology capabilities.
• Capacity to troubleshoot and collaborate with data and development teams.
• Ability to automate processes using new tools, including AI when suitable.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing high-performing teams.
• Experience collaborating with creative, influencer, brand, product, and finance teams.
• Experience in a fast-paced growth or direct-to-consumer environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with a background in presenting strategies and outcomes across organizations.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
