This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of all client implementation projects.
• Set up governance frameworks for implementations, which include status updates, risk management, issue resolution, decision tracking, and escalation processes.
• Ensure that implementation tasks are finished on schedule, within the defined scope, and in alignment with client expectations and organizational standards.
• Provide leadership oversight and performance monitoring for implementation managers, project managers, business analysts, and implementation consultants.
• Track implementation health across the portfolio while proactively addressing risks, resource limitations, and delivery obstacles.
• Guarantee that implementation deliverables adhere to quality benchmarks and contractual commitments.
• Act as the primary operational leader for client implementations, fostering relationships with client stakeholders.
• Lead implementation steering committees, status updates, and operational governance meetings.
• Offer guidance to clients regarding implementation readiness, operational impacts, testing strategies, and deployment planning.
• Create and enhance implementation methodologies, playbooks, tools, templates, and best practices.
• Standardize processes and establish metrics and dashboards for quality, efficiency, client satisfaction, resource utilization, and project performance.
• Direct resource forecasting, staffing allocations, workload balancing, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Product, Operations, Clinical, Technology, and external partners.
• Develop dashboards, project scorecards, milestone tracking tools, SLA reporting, and executive summaries.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the implementation team; assist with recruitment, onboarding, professional development, performance evaluations, and career progression.
• Coordinate implementation efforts with PBMs, technology vendors, implementation partners, and other third-party organizations.
• Manage external dependencies, partner performance, issue resolution, and escalation processes.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field is required.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in implementation, operations, consulting, or project leadership roles.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing implementation, project management, consulting, or operational teams.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale client implementations in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, managed care, consulting, or similar sectors.
• Experience handling complex cross-functional projects involving various stakeholders.
• Strong background in operational process improvement, governance, and service delivery management.
• In-depth knowledge of PBM implementation methodologies, project governance, and operational delivery models.
• Excellent leadership and team development skills.
• Exceptional executive communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Experience in resource planning, capacity management, and workforce forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in developing and enhancing operational processes and performance management frameworks.
• Preferred knowledge of healthcare, pharmacy benefits, managed care, or consulting operations.
