This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop and implement partnership strategies and business development plans to foster growth.
• Lead collaborative business development initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and co-selling activities.
• Identify and monitor procurement-aligned success metrics, such as pipeline influence, attach rates, partner certifications, and joint ACV growth.
• Manage partners based in North America and engage key stakeholders across complex organizational frameworks.
• Create and execute joint go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Product, and Finance teams.
• Monitor partner enablement on core platforms, products, and solutions.
• Develop and sustain joint business plans, revenue commitments, QBRs, performance metrics, and partnership scorecards.
• Oversee partner sales enablement, including training, competitive insights, and sales support.
• Advocate for partnerships both internally and externally, articulating joint value propositions.
• Manage and enhance cross-border alliances while executing regional and international partner strategies.
• Over 10 years of experience in partner, alliance, channel management, or business development roles.
• More than 5 years of direct experience in managing alliances and channels within the technology/SaaS sector.
• Proven success in driving revenue through alliances with global and regional SIs, Tier 1 consultancies, procurement/BPO service providers, and technology integration partners.
• In-depth knowledge of SaaS partner ecosystems.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex partner solutions.
• Background in procurement and/or supply chain technology is highly preferred.
• Experience in influencing and navigating Tier 1 consulting firms, sourcing advisory groups, and procurement transformation initiatives.
• A collaborative and agile team player with strong integrity and a proactive approach to achieving results.
• Demonstrated ability to manage partner relationships from start to finish—including identification, onboarding, enablement, growth, and renewal.
• Executive presence with outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM/analytics tools.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Willingness and capability to work remotely across North America.
• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary, approximately 30–40%.
