This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee business development and strategic expansion of designated National Accounts within Urology and Community Oncology.
• Implement a unified national strategy while ensuring alignment and execution at both regional and local levels.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors to manage local affiliates of National Accounts effectively.
• Maximize resource usage and enhance enterprise partnerships.
• Lead intricate negotiations and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Create and implement quarterly and annual sales operational plans aimed at surpassing corporate objectives.
• Foster and grow relationships with key National Accounts and integrated specialty practice partners.
• Formulate and execute national account strategies focused on growth, market penetration, and the creation of long-term value.
• Assist Regional Directors with deal strategies, stakeholder engagement, and resolution of issues.
• Ensure uniformity in contracting approaches, pricing strategies, and value communication.
• Offer strategic guidance and coaching to Regional Directors.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within National Accounts and assigned networks.
• Develop and lead comprehensive multi-year, multi-dimensional national strategies.
• Guarantee that financial performance and key metrics exceed corporate goals.
• Maintain extensive market knowledge of competitors, technology, and industry trends.
• Act as the executive-level contact for significant National Accounts, providing leadership, escalation support, and strategic direction.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree or higher education is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of account management experience is required.
• Experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the US Specialty GPO, IDN, and vertically integrated networks is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in managing and expanding National Accounts.
• Experience in collaborating with and influencing regional sales leadership.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Demonstrated leadership with experience in executive-level engagement.
• Strong project management and strategic planning capabilities.
• Extensive experience in contract development, negotiation, and implementation.
• Established ability to develop and execute strategies from initial concept to revenue generation.
• Experience in working with third-party partnerships and large healthcare systems.
• Proficient in coordinating activities across multiple functions and organizations.
