This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete Order to Cash process and its execution across various business models, platforms, and regions, including North and South America.
• Ensure that billing, collections, revenue recognition, credit, customer master data, and cash application tasks are performed accurately and promptly.
• Supervise processes supported by SAP, Salesforce, Vistex, and other billing and reporting systems.
• Manage daily cash flow consistency, address misdirected or unidentified payments, and carry out due-to/due-from reconciliations.
• Define and track OTC performance metrics, such as aging, unapplied cash, billing accuracy, collection effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary OTC contact during mergers and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with Business Development on new deals and agreements to facilitate systematic revenue processing.
• Manage a customer portfolio that generates over $4 billion in annual revenue.
• Coordinate with Revenue Recognition to ensure that billing aligns with individual customer agreements.
• Enhance and develop OTC team capabilities through talent identification, development, and management.
• Serve as a key liaison for Corporate Finance, Label Finance, Internal Audit, and Shared Services.
• Utilize system automation, AI-based reconciliation tools, and optimized workflows.
• Act as an escalation point for OTC issues and the final approver.
• Lead daily OTC operations and supervise both onshore and offshore OTC leaders.
• Collaborate with RTR on month-end close activities, PTP on working capital improvements, GPO on process enhancement, and Risk Management, Treasury, and Legal on OTC portals and wallets.
• Over 10 years of experience in Order to Cash, Revenue Operations, or a related field, with a focus on credit and collections oversight.
• More than 5 years of leadership experience in Order to Cash delivery.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and team management skills in a remote-first setting.
• Proficient in value-stream mapping OTC processes, including billing, credit, collections, cash applications, and industry-specific revenue streams.
• Skilled in mapping upstream and downstream processes for smooth organizational transitions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading collaborative discussions with a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong executive-level communication abilities.
• Familiarity with US GAAP, SOX compliance, and auditing procedures.
• Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and challenging standard operations.
• Background in TQM, Six Sigma, LEAN, Agile, or similar process measurement and analysis methodologies.
• Experience ensuring compliance with relevant laws and data policies regarding policies and processes.
• Proficient in desktop applications, financial ERP software, process flow tools, and/or statistical analysis.
• Extensive experience working with a large and complex ERP system.
• Basic understanding of IT project management methodologies, Agile, or SDLC.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• CPA, MBA, or equivalent credentials preferred.
• Experience in the Music or Entertainment Industry is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP and S/4HANA is preferred.
• Experience with OTC activities in LATAM is preferred.
