This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Drive the growth and effectiveness of healthcare staffing within the Per Diem division.
β’ Oversee complete operational processes, which include recruitment, developing talent pipelines, managing accounts, cultivating new business opportunities, and enhancing overall team performance.
β’ Create and implement sales, recruitment, and expansion strategies aimed at meeting revenue and profit objectives.
β’ Recruit, mentor, and supervise recruiters and account managers.
β’ Foster a culture of accountability within the team.
β’ Manage client retention efforts and develop healthcare provider pipelines.
β’ Ensure recruitment aligns with client needs.
β’ Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as placements, fill rates, and gross profit.
β’ Recognize performance deficiencies and drive improvements.
β’ Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing to optimize processes and enhance workflow scalability.
β’ Lead the Per Diem team and oversee related work processes.
β’ Define performance standards and monitor the performance and development objectives of staff.
β’ Delegate responsibilities, set goals, prioritize tasks, and conduct annual performance evaluations.
β’ Fulfill supervisory duties in line with organizational policies and protocols.
β’ Perform other assigned tasks as necessary.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ Minimum of 4 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing staffing operations, sales, recruitment, and account management teams.
β’ Proven ability to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional colleagues.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of profit margins and healthcare industry trends.
β’ Data-driven decision-making skills utilizing CRM/ATS systems.
β’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
β’ Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and intricate environment while maintaining urgency.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
β’ A college degree is preferred but not essential.
β’ Acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
β’ Experience in managing recruiting personnel, including coaching, conducting performance reviews, problem-solving, ensuring process compliance, and reporting in Provider Services.
