This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the development and effectiveness of healthcare staffing within the Per Diem division.
β’ Manage end-to-end operations, which include recruitment, talent pipelines, account management, business development, and overall team performance.
β’ Formulate and implement sales, recruitment, and growth strategies to meet revenue and profit objectives.
β’ Recruit, mentor, and supervise recruiters and account managers.
β’ Foster a culture of accountability throughout the team.
β’ Supervise client retention efforts and develop healthcare provider pipelines.
β’ Align recruitment activities with client requirements.
β’ Set up and track KPIs, including placements, fill rates, and gross profit.
β’ Identify gaps in processes and drive results to improve efficiency.
β’ Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing to enhance processes and scale workflows.
β’ Lead the Per Diem team and manage relevant work processes.
β’ Define performance standards and track staff performance and development objectives.
β’ Delegate responsibilities, set goals, establish priorities, and conduct annual performance reviews.
β’ Fulfill supervisory duties in accordance with organizational guidelines and procedures.
β’ Perform additional tasks as required.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing staffing operations, sales, recruitment, and account management teams.
β’ Strong ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional colleagues.
β’ In-depth knowledge of profit margins, healthcare trends, and data-driven decision-making using CRM/ATS systems.
β’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in a dynamic environment.
β’ Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex setting while maintaining a sense of urgency.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
β’ A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
β’ Experience in managing recruiting staff, which includes coaching, performance evaluations, problem resolution, process compliance, and reporting in Provider Services.
