Director, Provider Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the expansion and effectiveness of healthcare staffing within the Provider Services division.

• Oversee comprehensive operations, encompassing recruitment, talent pipelines, account management, new business ventures, and overall team efficacy.

• Formulate and implement sales, recruitment, and growth strategies to achieve revenue and profit objectives.

• Recruit, mentor, and supervise recruiters and account managers.

• Foster a culture centered on accountability.

• Manage client retention and develop healthcare provider pipelines.

• Align recruitment efforts with the demands of clients.

• Set up and track KPIs, such as placements, fill rates, and gross profit.

• Recognize shortcomings and drive impactful results.

• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing departments to optimize processes and enhance workflows.

• Lead the Provider Services team and oversee related work processes.

• Define performance benchmarks and evaluate staff performance and development objectives.

• Delegate responsibilities, set goals, prioritize tasks, and conduct annual performance evaluations.

• Fulfill supervisory duties in line with organizational policies and procedures.

• Carry out additional duties as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Over 4 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry.

• Demonstrated success in managing staffing operations, sales, recruitment, and account management teams.

• Capability to establish and sustain productive relationships with cross-functional colleagues.

• Profound knowledge of profit margins and healthcare trends.

• Data-informed decision-making using CRM/ATS systems.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and intricate environment while maintaining a sense of urgency.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• College degree is preferred.

• An appropriate combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.

• Experience in managing recruiting personnel, including coaching, performance assessments, problem resolution, compliance with processes, and reporting within Provider Services.
