Director, Provider Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the growth and performance of healthcare staffing within the Provider Services division.

• Oversee full-cycle operations, encompassing recruitment, talent pipelines, account management, new business development, and overall team performance.

• Formulate and implement sales, recruitment, and expansion strategies aimed at achieving revenue and profit goals.

• Recruit, mentor, and supervise recruiters and account managers.

• Foster a culture of accountability.

• Manage client retention and develop healthcare provider pipelines.

• Align recruitment efforts with client needs.

• Set and track KPIs, including placements, fill rates, and gross profit.

• Identify deficiencies and drive performance improvements.

• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing to enhance processes and scale operations.

• Lead the Provider Services team and manage related workflows.

• Define performance standards and oversee staff performance and development objectives.

• Delegate responsibilities, set goals, establish priorities, and conduct annual performance evaluations.

• Carry out supervisory duties in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry.

• Demonstrated success in managing staffing operations, sales, recruitment, and account management teams.

• Capability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional colleagues.

• In-depth knowledge of profit margins and healthcare industry trends.

• Proficient in data-driven decision-making using CRM/ATS systems.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment while maintaining urgency.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• College degree is preferred.

• Acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.

• Experience in managing recruiting staff, including coaching, performance evaluations, problem-solving, process adherence, and reporting in Provider Services.
