Senior Director, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic and operational collaborator with the executive team, aiding in key business objectives and initiatives.

• Convert strategic priorities into executable plans, timelines, responsibilities, and measurable results.

• Foster alignment among leadership and crucial internal and external stakeholders.

• Recognize emerging risks, issues, and dependencies, providing analyses, recommendations, and updates accordingly.

• Prepare analyses, updates, recommendations, and materials that support leadership discussions and decision-making processes.

• Oversee intricate projects for both new and existing clients, including project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, and responsibilities.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams from sales through to implementation, stabilization, and transition to ongoing account management.

• Facilitate client network status meetings, progress updates, issue resolution, and escalation of significant implementation risks.

• Discover opportunities to enhance services, tools, workflows, and transitions.

• Create scalable practices that improve both current and future offerings.

• Assist in strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts utilizing implementation and performance data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, supply chain, consulting, client implementation, project management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects or client implementations.

• Experience collaborating with hospital or health system leaders.

• Strong strategic thinking abilities and business acumen.

• Exceptional project and program management skills.

• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.

• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
