This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Supervise and guide the development and implementation of strategic digital products and solutions.
• Ensure that targeted business outcomes are in line with EVERSANA’s digital growth strategy.
• Engage with senior executives to provide updates on initiative status and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with EVERSANA ESS, agency account managers, commercial marketing, and new business teams.
• Direct the EVERSANA ESS Sales & Marketing strategy.
• Assist in preparing pitches and presentations for new business opportunities.
• Lead Affinity Marketplace SOW Addendums and support Affinity data collaborations.
• Manage the Omnichannel Advisory Council and cultivate customer interactions.
• Conduct interviews with members, synthesize their feedback, and plan events accordingly.
• Coordinate with third-party media vendors and internal media teams.
• Contribute to the product roadmap for the omnichannel engine.
• Support standard operating procedures for product implementation and transition.
• Define project approaches and strategies for omnichannel initiatives.
• Oversee work plans and timelines, communicating any changes as necessary.
• Lead program-level priorities and milestones while managing both internal and external resources.
• Establish strategic direction, develop teams, manage budgets and resources, and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Represent the organization at industry events and spearhead community and sustainability initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Over 18 years of experience in product leadership/management for digital products and/or technology-driven solutions.
• More than 10 years of experience in traditional project/program management, including oversight of project managers.
• Proficient in working with Agile teams and implementing Agile frameworks; some projects may follow a hybrid approach.
• Over 10 years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional, and global project teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative work style.
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple assignments while maintaining confidentiality and producing timely reports.
• Proficient in problem definition, data collection, fact establishment, and drawing valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and manage both abstract and concrete variables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web browsers.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week.
