This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead Propelus' Employer Growth Team across EverCheck and Immuware.
• Oversee revenue growth, sales execution, and team performance.
• Enhance operational rigor and ensure consistent commercial execution.
• Support product and go-to-market strategies, including the expansion of data solutions and a premium nursing-focused EverCheck module.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on coaching, team development, operational accountability, and customer engagement.
• Create an outcomes-driven process that fosters self-generated pipeline with full ownership of the pipeline.
• Manage the complete employer board plan and bridge the gaps between assigned quotas and the plan.
• Transition the team from merely responding to demand to proactively creating pipeline through self-originated opportunities, territory plans, mapped buying committees, and quality-driven coaching.
• Supervise 8 direct reports, including territory representatives, an Immuware specialist, and an SMB-focused sales representative.
• Ensure every named account has a documented disposition and re-entry point when applicable.
• Take ownership of forecast accuracy, qualification standards, client-confirmed close dates, and deal methodology discipline.
• Define stage-by-stage selling materials, coordinate delivery dates with Marketing, and address delays as necessary.
• Tackle performance issues with clear communication paths, timelines, and decisions.
• Engage directly in deals, calls, CRM activities, and customer interactions.
• Develop enablement, content, reporting, operating cadence, coverage plans, and commercial infrastructure.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology sales.
• Proven success in leading consultative sales processes across complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles.
• 3+ years of experience leading quota-carrying teams in intricate enterprise environments.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare buying personas, workforce operations, clinical workflows, and multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes.
• Documented history of building outbound, seller-originated pipelines.
• Established experience in enterprise sales to hospitals and health systems.
• Credible knowledge of HRIS and EMR sequencing as commercial variables.
• Experience in developing weekly operating cadences, including deal reviews, pipeline inspections, forecast calls, territory reviews, and one-on-ones.
• Direct experience in specifying and implementing stage-based sales content and enablement with Marketing.
• Proven track record of directly addressing underperformance, including the necessary exit of sellers when required.
• Strong expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, and performance management.
• Personal accountability for a forecast with a history of quarter-by-quarter accuracy.
• Solutions-oriented background with the ability to create internal business cases for hospital leadership.
• Experience in designing sales processes for methodical and competitive sellers.
• Comfortable operating in a private equity-backed environment with board-level visibility and short reporting cycles.
• Clinical, nursing, nurse informatics, occupational health, or healthcare operations background is advantageous.
• Experience with channel, reseller, and co-sell motions is a plus.
• Experience launching a new module or adjacent offering is an asset.
• Experience in a business with significant revenue concentration in single large deals is beneficial.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available.
• Strong writing skills for effective asynchronous communication.
