This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Secure premium hospitality and ticket-inclusive experiences for the LA28 Olympic Games within designated APAC regions and target markets.
• Meet and surpass personal revenue goals by converting inbound leads and engaging in proactive outbound outreach.
• Facilitate deal closures through needs assessment, solution presentation, objection resolution, and negotiation tactics.
• Address inbound requests from individuals, corporations, and agencies, transforming interest into confirmed sales.
• Implement structured outbound sales initiatives targeting specific companies, accounts, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Establish and maintain a sales pipeline, focusing on high-probability opportunities and progressing them through the sales funnel.
• Gain insights into the assigned APAC markets, including cultural nuances, purchasing behaviors, and corporate hospitality trends.
• Execute market-specific sales strategies that align with regional revenue goals and global premium sales objectives.
• Cultivate client relationships throughout the sales process and beyond the transaction.
• Present proposals and presentations that align with client goals and budgets.
• Ensure a smooth transition to service and delivery teams post-deal closure.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from the first contact to contract execution and deposit/payment collection.
• Record activities, forecasts, and deal stages using CRM tools.
• Provide sales leadership with pipeline, forecast, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with global premium sales leadership, support teams, operations, and fulfillment teams regarding pricing, inventory, market strategy, and delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Japanese, Cantonese, or Mandarin is essential.
• 3–5+ years of demonstrated sales closing experience, preferably in sports, hospitality, travel, luxury, or live events.
• Proven track record in converting inbound leads and engaging in outbound prospecting in international or multi-market settings.
• Experience in selling high-value, premium, or complex products to senior decision-makers.
• Strong CRM skills and discipline in pipeline management.
• Ability to work independently across time zones and manage a geographically diverse client portfolio.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours to accommodate APAC markets and global sales requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong executive presence.
• Capability to handle multiple deals at different stages simultaneously.
• Cultural awareness and the ability to tailor sales strategies to various APAC markets.
• Bilingual candidates preferred - Japanese/Cantonese/Mandarin.
