This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and onboard high-quality publishers within the designated region.
• Develop relationships with publisher owners, monetization teams, ad operations teams, and programmatic decision-makers.
• Lead outbound prospecting, conduct discovery calls, engage in partnership discussions, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Educate publishers on the benefits of COOL’s SSP, direct demand relationships, and monetization capabilities.
• Collaborate with account management, ad operations, and technical teams to facilitate smooth integrations and successful launches.
• Manage onboarding timelines and maintain communication with partners throughout the integration process.
• Ensure accurate pipeline management and track activities in the CRM system.
• Cultivate long-term publisher relationships that emphasize revenue performance and retention.
• Represent COOL within the regional programmatic ecosystem.
• Drive strategic publisher growth and generate additional revenue through direct demand partnerships, proprietary technology, and programmatic infrastructure.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in publisher sales development, SSP partnerships, programmatic advertising, or ad tech business development.
• Strong knowledge of SSPs, header bidding, Prebid, and publisher monetization strategies.
• Existing connections within local publisher and ad tech ecosystems are preferred.
• Experience in onboarding or managing publisher partnerships is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable engaging in both commercial and technical discussions.
• Proven track record of closing and expanding publisher partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office / Google Sheets, and Adobe Sign or equivalent contract management tools.
• Fluency in English and the regional language relevant to the assigned market.
• Must be able to work primarily between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM ET.
• Must have a player/coach mentality, willing to execute tasks and lead initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills.
