Senior Director of Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Foster long-lasting relationships with major strategic accounts

• Propel revenue growth through customized solutions

• Position EPC Power as the preferred inverter partner for utility-scale and distributed energy initiatives

• Establish and sustain trusted, executive-level relationships with leading solar and storage developers, utilities, and EPCs

• Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts

• Formulate and execute account-specific sales strategies

• Lead negotiations and finalize complex agreements involving BESS, grid-forming inverters, and hybrid systems

• Recognize emerging trends in renewable energy, grid modernization, and energy storage

• Guide product positioning and go-to-market strategies

• Influence EPC Power’s roadmap and strategies for customer engagement

• Oversee the sales pipeline and forecasting for key solar and storage accounts

• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue objectives

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams

• Ensure that customer feedback shapes product development and messaging

• Represent the voice of the customer within EPC Power

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of sales leadership experience in solar, energy storage, or power electronics

• Demonstrated success in managing strategic accounts and closing large-scale renewable energy contracts

• Comprehensive knowledge of grid-connected and islanded systems, microgrids, and high-availability specifications

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

• Familiarity with power electronics and/or experience selling solutions in the solar and energy storage sectors

• Background in strategic and value-based selling
