This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
• Oversee the partnership strategy at designated health systems in collaboration with IDN executives, service line, quality, and data leaders.
• Collaborate with hospital-level KOLs within health systems alongside the sales team.
• Communicate strategic initiatives, next steps, progress, and measurable impacts to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Build strategic relationships with IDN healthcare executives, service line leaders, and clinicians.
• Identify opportunities for clinical quality improvements influenced by Edwards’ solutions.
• Propel program sales and enhance the presence of Edwards Lifesciences.
• Coordinate internal commercial and customer resources to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure effective integration and adoption of chosen solutions.
• Lead the execution of program sales strategies in partnership with Sales and GHER leadership.
• Oversee RFP processes, business reviews, and contract negotiations.
• Promote awareness of the economic and patient benefits of Edwards Transcatheter products and solutions.
• Prepare, analyze, and implement pricing terms and conditions for programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 14 years of relevant experience.
• A Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field and 12 years of relevant experience.
• Capability to develop robust business acumen to effectively represent the entire business value proposition.
• Familiarity with healthcare provider data management platforms and IT organizations.
• Background in medical device, sales management, marketing, or general management.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities, initiative, and emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency in articulating the value proposition of Edwards and its products and solutions.
• Competence in managing the sales process for service-oriented programs.
• Skills in customer engagement for business planning activities and reviews.
• Ability to comprehend customer needs and apply suitable solutions.
• Proven success in project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant tools and systems.
• Excellent skills in documentation, communication, interpersonal relations, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Ability to influence management and key provider decision-makers.
• Expert understanding of clinical areas, including hemodynamic optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of business planning and financial models, including total spend analysis.
• Comprehensive understanding of business concepts, complex market challenges, organizational dynamics, competitive threats, and intra-company differences.
• Ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels.
• Skills in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
