This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise Facet’s product marketing and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage all member marketing initiatives (CRM).
• Formulate comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with company goals.
• Recognize market opportunities, target demographics, and key differentiators to enhance awareness and adoption.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of go-to-market practices and tools throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with the Product team to prioritize and execute plans for product and feature launches and improvements.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives.
• Create unique messaging and positioning frameworks tailored to core audiences.
• Take ownership of the member experience from onboarding through the entire lifecycle.
• Drive data-driven initiatives that enhance member value, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing team.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, particularly in CRM and/or client experience.
• Expertise in email marketing with the ability to create high-performing prospect programs that lead to conversions.
• Experience in managing and developing personnel.
• Demonstrated capability to oversee cross-functional initiatives and teams from campaign conception to analysis and optimization.
• Quantitative marketing experience, including the assessment of content and social media effectiveness.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building in uncertain environments.
• Ability to generate innovative campaigns while maintaining tactical and detailed execution.
• In-depth knowledge of sales technologies and their functionalities.
• Strong desire and capability to collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Product, and Analytics teams.
• Willingness to fully embrace and promote the Facet brand both internally and externally (preferred).
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and client service skills (preferred).
• Understanding of the importance of building long-term relationships (preferred).
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn in-house software and tools (preferred).
• Capacity to provide constructive feedback (preferred).
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, manage multiple responsibilities, and exhibit outstanding time and calendar management skills (preferred).
• Innovative problem-solving skills and a willingness to challenge the status quo (preferred).
