This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
• Convert company goals into actionable marketing workstreams, budgets, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across campaigns.
• Formulate user acquisition strategies for service users and professionals.
• Direct organic social media initiatives, community engagement, content distribution, and collaborator relations.
• Organize and manage paid acquisition efforts across Meta and Google, including account setup, budget management, testing, optimization, and reporting.
• Create strategies for clinician-led and user-generated content.
• Transform marketing priorities into briefs, scripts, shoots, and reusable campaign assets.
• Lead email marketing and lifecycle strategies.
• Cultivate partnerships, public relations opportunities, referral channels, and brand collaborations.
• Enhance the customer journey from content or advertising through to profile discovery and booking completion.
• Establish KPI reporting to monitor progress, identify risks, and recommend actions.
• Ensure that public claims are accurate, evidence-based, and suitable for a mental health marketplace.
• Engage proactively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Define the marketing strategy, priorities, systems, and team necessary to evolve MindFriend from pre-launch to a measurable, scalable acquisition engine.
• Extensive experience in leading growth, branding, or full-funnel marketing within an early-stage or rapidly growing company.
• Proven track record of creating and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, rather than just contributing to individual channels.
• Strong background in performance marketing, particularly with Meta and Google Ads.
• Demonstrated ability to convert content, social engagement, and partnerships into tangible commercial results.
• Deep understanding of customer journeys, conversion funnels, attribution, and experimentation methodologies.
• Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation based on data-driven insights.
• Confidence in brand management, creative development, content strategy, paid media, email marketing, partnerships, and public relations.
• Experience in briefing and managing producers, designers, creators, agencies, or freelancers.
• Strong analytical judgment and effective communication skills with leadership.
• A proactive and accountable approach to work.
• Willingness to remain actively involved while establishing the systems and team necessary for scaling.
• Particularly advantageous: experience with two-sided marketplaces.
• Particularly advantageous: background in healthtech, mental health, wellbeing, or other trust-sensitive sectors.
• Particularly advantageous: experience in guiding a product from pre-launch to its first significant customer acquisition.
• Particularly advantageous: experience in building a marketing team from a minimal initial structure.
