• Offer specialized product support

• Conduct impactful training sessions on products

• Address and resolve technical issues

• Advocate for innovative products among end users, dealers, and industry stakeholders

• Strengthen customer relationships and drive sales performance

• Implement focused marketing initiatives

• Share expertise on products and deliver technical training

• Collaborate with sales to transform leads into dedicated customers

• Organize joint activities and lead product showcases at dealer events

• Represent the organization at events and liaise with partners

• Oversee product testing sessions

• Employ consultative selling techniques to align customers with appropriate solutions

• Provide customized training on product usage, safety, and certifications

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and offer ongoing support

• Collect customer feedback for product enhancement

• Recent degree in a business-related field

• Applications are encouraged from recent graduates and those with early career experience

• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing position, preferably in sales, marketing, or technical support within the tools, industrial, or hardware industries (Preferred)

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

• Capability to engage and educate diverse audiences

• A proactive and results-driven approach

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Valid full UK driver's license

• Willingness and capability for regular travel across the UK

• Technical proficiency and solution-oriented selling skills
