This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and lead a unified, high-performing marketing team.
• Evaluate the team structure, assign the right individuals to appropriate roles, clarify responsibilities, mentor talent, and instill accountability.
• Establish marketing strategy and operational cadence, encompassing priorities, team organization, and investment.
• Oversee B2B marketing strategy and execution, focusing on generating qualified leads, conversion, revenue, and ARR growth.
• Define an effective pipeline-generation strategy.
• Create and implement integrated campaign calendars and comprehensive B2B campaigns.
• Manage multi-touch nurturing programs from audience targeting and content creation to distribution, sales collaboration, measurement, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales on strategic account growth initiatives for large, complex enterprise clients.
• Direct brand and digital expansion, including website strategy, conversion-oriented content experiences, SEO, and AEO.
• Enhance events, webinars, executive programs, and field marketing with defined ownership and revenue accountability.
• Develop measurement and reporting frameworks around pipeline, conversion, revenue, and ARR.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, Data Science, Revenue Operations, and executive leadership.
• Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Extensive background in B2B SaaS, infrastructure software, cybersecurity, fintech, or other technical enterprise software sectors.
• Proven success in leading and developing marketing teams, including recruitment, team structuring, coaching, performance management, and fostering a cohesive organization with clear accountability.
• Demonstrated history of creating B2B pipeline initiatives that contribute to substantial revenue and ARR.
• Strong perspective on effective pipeline generation and the optimal blend of campaigns, content, channels, sales collaboration, events, partnerships, and team capabilities.
• Experience executing integrated B2B campaigns and multi-touch nurturing initiatives across various channels.
• Familiarity with marketing to sophisticated enterprise buying committees and developing strategic account growth programs.
• Hands-on experience with website strategy, SEO, AEO, content, brand management, and conversion optimization.
• Strong commercial acumen in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Experience working closely with enterprise Sales teams and executive stakeholders.
• Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the United States and must reside in the United States.
• Domain experience in fraud, identity, fintech, or financial services is advantageous.
