This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the EMEA marketing function from start to finish and report directly to the GM of EMEA.
• Develop and oversee the EMEA marketing strategy and methodology.
• Contribute to the evaluation and refinement of the global marketing function's approach across various regions.
• Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, establish performance expectations, and promote talent development.
• Supervise integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and traditional channels.
• Collaborate on the regional execution of global campaigns.
• Shape regional marketing priorities and influence the global strategy for EMEA and other areas.
• Localize messaging, positioning, product strategies, demand-generation campaigns, and strategies for key markets in EMEA.
• Ensure alignment with regional market fit and sales objectives.
• Coordinate EMEA's representation and participation in global events while tailoring event strategies for regional significance.
• Drive lead generation and pipeline development alongside regional sales teams.
• Measure campaign performance and ROI using data analytics.
• Provide regular updates to leadership regarding the health of regional performance.
• Balance competing priorities across sales, product, corporate leadership, and global functional heads while serving as the senior voice for EMEA.
• Over 12 years of marketing experience, including senior leadership roles across regional or global functions.
• Proven track record in leading marketing teams and managing regional/global marketing functions.
• Strong expertise in B2B marketing, with a preference for experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficient in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Experience working within matrix organizations and collaborating across various functions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Willingness to challenge the “status quo” and explore innovative, bold ideas.
• The ideal candidate should be based in London.
• Willingness and capability to travel across Europe for additional client engagements as needed.
