This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage Facet’s product marketing and go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee all member marketing activities, including CRM initiatives.
• Create comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Identify market opportunities, target demographics, and key differentiators to enhance awareness and adoption.
• Lead the development and implementation of go-to-market practices and tools throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with the Product team to prioritize and execute plans for product launches and feature enhancements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives.
• Develop distinct messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences and highlight Facet’s industry differentiation.
• Manage the member experience from onboarding through the entire lifecycle.
• Lead data-driven initiatives that enhance member value, satisfaction, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Oversee and nurture a high-performing team.
• Collaborate closely with leaders and partners in Product, Design, Planning, MX, Finance, Sales, and Analytics.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, particularly in CRM and/or client experience.
• Expertise in email marketing and the ability to drive successful prospect programs that lead to conversions.
• Experience in managing and developing team members.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and teams from campaign conception to analysis and optimization.
• Strong quantitative marketing skills, including evaluating the effectiveness of content and social media efforts.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to build in uncertain, high-opportunity settings.
• Capability to generate innovative campaign ideas while ensuring tactical and detailed execution.
• Profound knowledge of sales technologies and their applications.
• A strong desire and capacity to collaborate across Finance, Sales, Product, and Analytics teams.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and client service skills.
• Proficient computer skills and an ability to quickly learn proprietary software and tools.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback effectively.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, manage multiple responsibilities, and exhibit outstanding time and calendar management skills.
