This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage and influence healthcare professionals to establish educational platforms, generate insights, and guide current and future brand and disease-state strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Healthcare Professionals and Opinion Leaders in a field-based marketing capacity.
• Implement Kite’s comprehensive commercial US interaction strategy with opinion leaders in hematology, hem/oncology, and CAR T treatment domains.
• Identify, profile, nurture, and sustain long-term partnerships with National, Regional, and Emerging Opinion Leaders.
• Formulate regional Opinion Leader strategies and communicate plans with cross-functional partners.
• Gather insights from Opinion Leaders and develop advocacy aligned with commercial and marketing strategies and messaging.
• Conduct on-label discussions regarding disease diagnosis and treatment, referral dynamics, product positioning, and opportunities for Kite.
• Organize and execute Opinion Leader interactions and executive encounters at conferences, field visits, and other venues.
• Address commercial Opinion Leader issues as a primary point of contact.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate Opinion Leader engagement.
• Leverage Opinion Leader insights and competitive intelligence to shape brand strategies and tactical initiatives.
• Identify market gaps, anticipate competitor actions, and drive strategic planning efforts.
• Facilitate planning, recruitment, and execution of regional and national advisory boards.
• Identify, align, and recruit HCP/Opinion Leader consultants for marketing projects and KPIs.
• Lead the development and execution of third-party educational programs, including vendor partnership management and tactical delivery.
• Inform the planning and execution of Opinion Leader programming, national and regional conferences, and speakers bureau activities.
• Ensure programming reflects real-world practice, geographic nuances, and unmet clinical needs.
• Foster inclusion, develop talent, and empower teams as a people leader.
• Bachelor's Degree with twelve years of experience OR Master's Degree with ten years of experience OR PhD with eight years of experience.
• Over 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including previous sales experience in hematology/oncology.
• A minimum of 2 years of people leadership experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of the hematology/oncology clinical landscape.
• Ideally, prior experience in cell therapy or stem cell transplantation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to cultivate relationships with oncology and cell therapy opinion leaders.
• Willingness and capability to remain at the forefront of data readouts and convey implications to Kite.
• Strong aptitude for cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior leadership experience is preferred.
