📋 Description

• Create and execute integrated go-to-market strategies for Joist across Web, iOS, and Android platforms.

• Oversee customer acquisition strategies and performance metrics across both paid and organic channels, focusing on traffic, signups, conversions, customer quality, acquisition efficiency, and revenue growth.

• Lead Joist’s brand and product marketing strategy, encompassing positioning, messaging, voice, category narrative, competitive intelligence, launch strategies, and GTM enablement.

• Manage the go-to-market strategy and execution for Joist+, including positioning, input on pricing/packaging, launch sequencing, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.

• Collaborate with PLG Growth, Product, Data, and Support teams to integrate acquisition, onboarding, conversion, and retention efforts.

• Oversee marketing elements of the PLG roadmap, which includes lifecycle engagement, experimentation, and inputs on pricing and packaging.

• Develop and lead lifecycle marketing initiatives throughout onboarding, engagement, monetization, retention, and reactivation phases.

• Establish and scale marketing experimentation and measurement practices, encompassing A/B testing, geo-testing, incrementality, and attribution.

• Lead and nurture the Joist marketing team across growth marketing, product marketing, and lifecycle initiatives.

• Collaborate with EverPro’s central Marketing organization, leveraging expertise in paid, organic, web, content, and brand marketing.

• Analyze, report, and present performance metrics, customer insights, and growth trends on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

• Implement demand generation programs for existing customers and prospective clients, utilizing digital channels, email, cross-sell initiatives, partnerships, webinars, and events.

• Assess marketing effectiveness and manage budget allocations with a focus on customer growth, revenue impact, efficiency, and return on marketing investment.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience within a product-led growth environment and/or a SaaS organization.

• Proven success in building and managing senior-level relationships alongside high-performing teams.

• Effective operation through cross-functional and shared-service partnerships.

• Comprehensive marketing experience with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle stages and strategies to foster growth through new customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.

• Demonstrated achievements in meeting customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

• A solid track record of demonstrating a clear ROI path through attribution modeling and/or marketing mix modeling (MMM) for substantial media expenditures.

• Exceptional ability to drive highly innovative marketing programs that result in measurable revenue growth in both sales-led and product-led growth environments.

• Strong foundational skills in brand building and product marketing, including positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and launch management.

• Familiarity with emerging AI-driven search and discovery channels, such as AEO/GEO, is considered an advantage.

• Extensive knowledge of digital acquisition and lifecycle marketing, including both paid and organic channels, email, and other scalable growth methods.

• Outstanding communication skills with an exceptional ability to collaborate constructively across functions.

• A customer-focused mindset, with a drive for innovation, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Experience in payments, fintech, or subscription/usage-based monetization models is a plus.

• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
