This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with the CTO and IT leaders to shape Liviniti’s cloud and technology strategy.
• Strategize and implement cloud-enabled solutions that align with business objectives.
• Oversee the company's cloud infrastructure, which encompasses public cloud, identity, voice, Contact Center, SDN, LAN/WAN, operations, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Assess and integrate emerging technologies such as multi-cloud, infrastructure as code, zero trust, observability, and modern collaboration tools.
• Ensure the design, implementation, and support of new services are cost-effective.
• Build and lead a high-performing team in infrastructure and cloud operations.
• Foster a collaborative culture emphasizing technical expertise, accountability, and customer service.
• Establish and maintain operational procedures through automation and ITIL-aligned service management.
• Review and uphold HIPAA, HITRUST CSF, and related information security policies and procedures.
• Oversee and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud environments.
• Manage budgeting and oversight for IT purchases, cloud usage, and vendor agreements.
• Lead both internal and external audits, including HITRUST, SOC 2, and HIPAA assessments.
• Supervise cybersecurity measures for network, cloud, and infrastructure resources.
• Deliver significant infrastructure projects and service enhancements while meeting quality, productivity, and ROI targets.
• Maintain monitoring and controls to ensure critical systems remain operational with minimal disruption.
• Adhere to HIPAA requirements regarding Protected Health Information and report any violations.
• Complete mandatory HIPAA training and demonstrate proficiency.
• Support and guide team members within the IT department.
• At least 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles focused on infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, and operations.
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Azure and data and/or voice networking.
• Extensive experience in leading and managing a complex, highly technical cloud infrastructure organization.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with business partners.
• Demonstrated executive leadership: attract, develop, and retain talent; prioritize tasks; and lead change with urgency and accountability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure cloud architecture, operations, and disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST CSF, and SOC 2 audit and control practices.
• Capability to establish, implement, and uphold IT standards and metrics that fulfill business needs.
• Excellent communication skills and service orientation; able to articulate technology in business terms and engage with the entire organization.
• Strategic and analytical problem-solver committed to continuous improvement.
• Availability to work during core hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT, with flexibility for meetings across various time zones.
