Senior Director of Infrastructure Financing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee targeted and thorough business evaluations and create implementation strategies and plans for clients.

• Guide clients in the development and execution of holistic planning methodologies that align with strategic goals and objectives.

• Identify and propose risk mitigation strategies for both Brown and Caldwell and client organizations.

• Ensure the establishment of proper governance and policy frameworks.

• Navigate federal and state funding programs to maximize funding opportunities.

• Spearhead key municipal finance initiatives.

• Direct infrastructure financing initiatives, concentrating on municipal utility finance.

• Examine market trends via competitor analysis and provide industry insights.

• Formulate funding and financing strategies that bolster infrastructure projects.

• Carry out additional tasks as per evolving requirements.

• Mentor, support, and share knowledge with junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 20 years of professional experience in infrastructure financing or a related field.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, environmental engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in researching, developing, and effectively articulating a client’s critical business factors.

• Advanced knowledge in workforce development, performance enhancement, and organizational design.

• Strong skills in governance and policy formulation.

• Exceptional facilitation and interviewing abilities.

• Proficient in both written and verbal communication along with strong presentation skills.

• Advanced expertise in risk identification, mitigation, and management strategies.

• Comprehensive understanding of federal and state funding programs.

• Advanced technical writing capabilities.

• In-depth knowledge of municipal finance principles and practices.

• Advanced skills in competitor analysis and strategic market insights.
