Senior Director of Identity & Access Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Provide support and guidance to the Chief Information Security Officer regarding enterprise identity security and resource access.

• Oversee the company's Identity and Access Management (IAM) program.

• Ensure the efficient and effective operation of IAM platforms, including SSO, MFA, PAM, SASE, CIAM, Active Directory, and related capabilities.

• Lead a global team to maintain the uptime of IAM systems.

• Design and implement systems that incorporate PAM, SSO, MFA, and Zero Trust / SASE controls.

• Convert cybersecurity technical concepts into risk assessments.

• Collaborate with teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of industry trends in identity and access management.

• Over 10 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity.

• More than 5 years of experience managing IAM programs.

• Advanced technical expertise with OKTA, including SSO integrations and the design and architecture of identity systems within a large enterprise.

• Strong knowledge of PAM, SSO, MFA, and Zero Trust / SASE frameworks.

• Capability to design systems that implement these controls and concepts.

• Proficiency in cybersecurity terminology and the ability to translate technical concepts into risk assessments.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Self-motivated and capable of quickly adapting to new technologies in a dynamic, large-scale project with tight deadlines.

• Keen attention to detail and quality.

• Willingness to participate in an international team with meetings multiple times a week at unconventional hours to accommodate the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
