This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Recruit and manage a team of 2β4 Enterprise Solutions Directors.
β’ Create regional territory plans targeting high-volume health systems and large clinical groups.
β’ Train the team to facilitate connectivity discussions and position EHR integration as essential for clinical efficiency and patient volume.
β’ Implement regional strategies to standardize the adoption of Treatment Selection, MRD, and Hereditary Cancer diagnostics.
β’ Conduct quarterly Executive Steering Committee meetings with leadership and key clinical decision-makers.
β’ Assist in nurturing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders across various disease areas.
β’ Monitor ESD performance across regional locations and drive growth in testing areas.
β’ Oversee site-level utilization data and coach on targeted clinical engagement strategies.
β’ Evaluate EHR integration health and ensure consistent digital connectivity.
β’ Provide senior leadership with insights into site-level health, test-mix parity, engagement depth, and volume.
β’ Collaborate with sales leaders across all three verticals on account strategy and teamwork.
β’ Work with internal teams and leadership to eliminate obstacles to team success.
β’ Personally oversee 1β2 key growth accounts.
β’ Advanced degree in Life Sciences (MD, PhD, PharmD, or an equivalent qualification) preferred.
β’ At least 8+ years of experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
β’ Minimum of 5 years in a leadership position focused on precision medicine, clinical affairs, or oncology.
β’ Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and executing strategic initiatives in precision medicine or related healthcare fields.
β’ Extensive knowledge of genomic technologies and personalized medicine methodologies.
β’ Strong comprehension of the oncology, hematology, or immunology landscape.
β’ Exceptional leadership abilities.
β’ Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
β’ Expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and the execution of large-scale initiatives.
β’ Proven history of driving business growth and increasing market share in precision medicine or related healthcare solutions.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the designated area or region.
