This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Business Line and Business Area teams to identify, develop, and advance both short- and long-term strategic initiatives that align with the priorities of North America Enterprise Services.
• Propose and assess business cases for new initiatives.
• Convert technology innovations into distinct programmatic offerings and sustainable customer engagement models.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and pilot integrated offerings that enhance clinical, operational, and financial performance.
• Work alongside Business Line, Business Area, Program BD, and sales teams on go-to-market strategies.
• Craft commercial narratives and field enablement tools for Enterprise Services sales teams.
• Contribute to the commercial planning for new program launches.
• Collect market feedback, refine program positioning, and connect innovation priorities with customer-facing strategies.
• Align North American commercial teams on thought leadership, conference strategy, and demand generation efforts.
• Navigate and collaborate with North America sales, Business Line, Business Area, Enterprise Services, and executive stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic connector among Siemens Healthineers stakeholders and third-party partners.
• Engage health system clients as a strategic advisor on capabilities, program design, and partnership strategy.
• Lead the development of Enterprise Services capabilities, offerings, and program structures.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to align priorities, enhance pipeline visibility, and support shared execution.
• Collaborate with ES Finance to formulate business plans and monitor performance against business-case assumptions and targets.
• Contribute to strategic rigor, clinical credibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in business leadership within a cardiovascular or cardiology service line at a U.S. health system, such as a service line director, administrative dyad partner, VP of Cardiology, or equivalent operational leader.
• Over 10 years of healthcare experience covering service line operations, strategy, transformation, growth planning, or business development.
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing business cases, financial plans, and strategic growth initiatives with clear objectives and anticipated returns.
• Experience in influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams within a complex, matrixed organization.
• A Master's degree is required.
• An MBA, MHA, or clinical advanced degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of partnership-based healthcare service models, strategic service offerings, or value-oriented health system partnerships.
• Background in healthcare strategy, innovation, or program design, with exposure to digital health, population health, or imaging-enabled care models.
• Proven track record in building strategic growth initiatives, market-facing programs, or expansion efforts across multiple clinical or operational domains.
• Experience in structuring strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or alliances with medtech, healthcare services, or health system partners.
• Strong understanding of health system and customer needs in the U.S.; a broader awareness of market dynamics across Canada and Latin America is advantageous.
• Capability to work with controlled technology in compliance with U.S. export control law.
