Senior Director of Global Health Economics, Outcomes Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leading the HEOR team in the design, development, oversight, and execution of global HEOR initiatives.

• Facilitating educational and training initiatives for regional cross-functional teams to enhance access and launch readiness efforts.

• Ensuring that payer insights are utilized to guide strategic business decisions.

• Crafting and adjusting HEOR strategies and tactical plans to align with global market access and medical organization objectives.

• Collaborating with Global Product Management, Medical-Scientific Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to integrate pertinent HEOR and payer evidence into clinical planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with over 12 years of relevant experience OR MS, MPH, MBA, PhD, PharmD, or MD with at least 8 years of pertinent global HEOR experience in both pipeline and marketed products.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in people management.

• Experience managing across multiple therapeutic areas such as Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Infectious Diseases, Women’s Health, Sexual Health, Virology, and/or Healthcare-associated infections.

• Proven understanding of the dynamics within US and international healthcare systems and financing mechanisms; experience with both public and private payers is essential.

• Background in diagnostics/Health Technology product development and/or commercialization, potentially alongside health economics research and strategy experience.

• Proficiency in methodologies and study designs that yield clinically and economically significant value information during both development and post-launch phases.
