This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
β’ Develop and manage segment-specific blueprints for enterprise/commercial fleets, last-mile delivery, transit fleets, and government/municipal fleets.
β’ Record customer economics, procurement trends, technical/product specifications, and competitive positioning.
β’ Convert blueprint findings into actionable insights for Product, Policy, R&D, and Marketing teams.
β’ Update and maintain blueprints in response to market dynamics, competitive landscape, and policy changes.
β’ Establish and monitor KPIs for segment performance and blueprint precision.
β’ Cultivate relationships with a portfolio of premier fleet accounts.
β’ Lead negotiations and structure contracts for complex, multi-year agreements.
β’ Promote footprint expansion and foster repeat business within key fleet accounts.
β’ Coordinate cross-functional teams for major RFPs and significant bids.
β’ Conduct business case analysis, financial modeling, and ROI evaluations.
β’ Monitor segment strategy performance and adapt blueprints and account plans as the market develops.
β’ Report directly to the Vice President of Sales, North America.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
β’ 10β15 years of progressive experience in business development, strategic account management, or strategic planning.
β’ Strong preference for direct experience in commercial fleet electrification.
β’ Proven track record of managing and expanding enterprise-scale accounts while achieving or surpassing revenue and growth targets.
β’ Excellent analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
β’ Proficient in synthesizing complex data into executive-level presentations and business cases.
β’ Familiarity with modern productivity and AI tools.
β’ Experience in building and managing high-level commercial relationships.
β’ Ability to convert account-level insights into cross-functional influence with Product, Policy, R&D, and Marketing.
β’ Skill in transforming market research and overarching goals into segment blueprints and account strategies.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of fleet electrification economics, depot charging infrastructure, duty-cycle planning, and the e-mobility and energy market landscape.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 25β30%.
