Senior Director, Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Transform broad marketing strategies into effective demand generation campaigns that promote pipeline growth.

• Spearhead business development and account-based marketing (ABM) efforts to enhance customer acquisition and achieve revenue targets.

• Oversee significant organizational go-to-market (GTM) launches in alignment with sales objectives.

• Supervise revenue operations by establishing processes and metrics to evaluate marketing performance and ROI throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Manage and refine the marketing technology stack, which includes outreach, intent data, and content analytics platforms.

• Lead vendor assessments, negotiate contracts, and handle software renewals.

• Establish governance for client-facing product communications and marketing collateral.

• Review and endorse external content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to Ansira brand standards.

• Guide, mentor, and cultivate a remote team of marketing and operations professionals.

• Oversee the marketing operations budget, monitor Budget vs. Actuals (BVA), and manage procurement processes.

• Delegate task ownership, implement targeted follow-ups, and oversee project timelines.

• Extensive leadership background in B2B Marketing, Demand Generation, and Revenue Operations.

• Demonstrated success in executing high-impact marketing campaigns.

• In-depth knowledge of marketing technology stacks, including Outreach, Demandbase, and SEMrush.

• Experience in managing software vendors.

• Strong financial expertise with experience in managing departmental budgets and procurement processes.

• Outstanding project management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
