Head of Marketing – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee DCI's marketing initiatives with a focus on cost forecasting and resource allocation.

• Spearhead and enhance Brand & Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Offline Marketing, tailored to target-group-specific personas.

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate the marketing team while refining and improving internal team structures.

• Create and execute innovative marketing strategies aimed at boosting brand visibility, consolidating market leadership, and driving business growth.

• Offer strategic guidance for the introduction of new course offerings and the diversification of the product portfolio.

• Identify and expand high-growth, investment-worthy marketing channels while enhancing CRM capabilities.

• Oversee and evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing channels and campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing position, preferably in a startup environment.

• Extensive expertise in Brand & Content Marketing, Performance Marketing (especially in Social Media, SEA, and Display Advertising), as well as Offline Marketing.

• Several years of experience in managing cross-functional teams.

• Experience in a rapidly growing organization, ideally within the education sector.

• Strong hands-on approach, innovative thinking, and a readiness to take calculated risks.

• Excellent analytical and strategic abilities, coupled with a data-driven and results-focused mindset.

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• Preferred: Experience with AZAV-certified educational institutions; familiarity with the education sector and/or practical experience with providers of (IT) training and upskilling programs.
