
Senior Director, Marketing – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Develop and implement the APAC marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership and the corporate marketing team to customize and launch region-specific initiatives.
• Formulate quarterly marketing plans that align with regional, segment, and partner program objectives.
• Manage the overall marketing budget, regional demand generation calls, and performance metrics.
• Assess program outcomes against established goals and leverage insights for continuous improvement.
• Adapt and repackage product launches, campaigns, and programs to suit the region.
• Optimize spending on digital channels and execute targeted digital campaigns.
• Develop region-specific partner co-sponsorship offerings.
• Design and implement strategic marketing initiatives in collaboration with key channel partners.
• Organize tradeshows, events, and webinars.
• Cultivate relationships with partner marketing leaders to enhance ROI on collaborative investments.
• Comprehend the marketing funnel, marketing technology stack, and available content resources.
• Recruit, hire, and lead the marketing team as it expands.
• Support the team and undertake additional responsibilities as necessary.
• Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in B2B field or partner marketing.
• Proven experience managing multiple direct reports.
• Background in working with a US-based organization and corporate marketing team.
• Strong understanding of channel dynamics and various partner types and personas.
• Experience in marketing to and through Australian MSP and reseller partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English, or Communications.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Deep understanding of the marketing/sales funnel.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to assess program and investment ROI.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to influence and communicate proactively with sales leadership.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Experience using Salesforce to monitor performance.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and employment verification.
