This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and expand the qualified pipeline and revenue generated from marketing efforts.
• Create and scale a sustainable demand generation engine through events, webinars, partnerships, outbound, and inbound channels.
• Collaborate closely with sales, without serving as a sales-enablement resource.
• Develop lead segmentation and nurturing strategies.
• Improve the marketing/sales Service Level Agreement (SLA) so that sales can focus on the warmest leads, while marketing nurtures the remaining ones.
• Formulate Capitalize's annual marketing strategy, including initiatives that support strategic partners and their ideal customer profiles.
• Create a strategic marketing roadmap that aligns with the company’s objectives.
• Enhance collaboration among marketing, sales, product, executive leadership, and delivery teams.
• Set up marketing attribution and reporting with a regular schedule to provide leadership with insights into performance.
• Manage digital marketing effectiveness, including website strategy, SEO, SEM, and GEO.
• Evaluate existing marketing and CRM data, including Pipedrive information, to pinpoint areas of focus.
• Assess business requests and defend decisions when necessary with clear justifications.
• Foster the growth and development of the marketing team by identifying skill gaps and implementing strategies to address them.
• Bachelor’s degree with over 10 years of experience in marketing roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing pipeline and marketing-sourced revenue as key performance metrics, rather than solely brand awareness or campaign activities.
• Proven track record in establishing demand generation programs across events, webinars, partnerships, outbound, and inbound initiatives.
• Comfortable collaborating with strategic partners and creating annual marketing plans that align with partner ideal customer profiles and revenue objectives.
• Strong analytical skills in marketing, including the ability to work with imperfect or complex CRM data.
• Background in enhancing marketing attribution, reporting, and lead segmentation/nurturing processes.
• Proven history of aligning marketing with sales, product, and delivery teams within a cross-functional setting.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous directives from leadership into clear priorities.
• Experience in consulting or professional services marketing is advantageous.
