Senior Director, Marketing Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the vision, strategy, and operational model for Marketing Analytics.

• Lead and nurture a high-performing Marketing Analytics team.

• Establish priorities, enhance capabilities, and promote accountability, innovation, and ongoing improvement.

• Own the executive narrative for analytics projects and convert complex findings into actionable recommendations.

• Provide guidance to senior leadership on Acquisition strategy and marketing investment choices.

• Create and refine Marketing measurement frameworks, KPIs, experimentation, performance reporting, and scalable analytics capabilities.

• Advocate for AI and emerging analytics technologies to enhance workflows, decision-making, impact, and efficiency.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, Data Science, and Engineering teams.

• Promote data quality, governance, analytical excellence, and trusted data, measurement, and reporting processes.

• Encourage data-driven decision-making and equip stakeholders with insights, tools, and context.

• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

• Conduct hands-on analysis when required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

• Extensive experience leading large, high-performing analytics teams.

• Proven track record of influencing executive leadership and shaping business strategies through analytics.

• Experience in leading leaders and building high-performing teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

• Excellent executive communication and storytelling abilities.

• Strong knowledge of emerging AI technologies and their practical applications in analytics.

• Solid commercial acumen.

• In-depth expertise in marketing measurement, customer acquisition, experimentation, and performance optimization.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL.

• Experience with modern cloud data platforms.

• Familiarity with Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related area.

• Background in sports betting and gaming is a significant advantage.
