This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Develop and implement a nationwide marketing strategy to enhance revenue and brand reputation across various states.
• Manage the entire marketing funnel, encompassing paid media, SEO/SEM, public relations, TV/radio, influencer engagement, community outreach, and brand storytelling.
• Lead and expand the marketing team from 12 professionals to between 15 and 25+ members.
• Recruit, mentor, and create internal career development pathways for exceptional talent.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), cost per signed case, and return on investment (ROI).
• Create dashboards and reporting schedules that inform weekly and monthly strategic decisions.
• Customize and modify campaigns for the Miami, Orlando, NYC, and Texas markets, catering to bilingual audiences.
• Navigate compliance requirements for state-specific Bar/legal advertising.
• Take ownership of the annual marketing budget.
• Negotiate vendor and media contracts, ensuring partners are held accountable for ROI.
• Utilize Salesforce, CallRail, Google Analytics, and AI-driven tools to optimize processes and enhance results.
• Collaborate with Intake, Legal Operations, and Sales to ensure a seamless and high-converting client journey.
• Participate in the Executive Leadership Team, translating marketing performance into actionable business strategies for firm leadership.
• Over 10 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles (CMO, VP, SVP).
• Experience managing 7+ direct reports and teams of more than 20 individuals.
• Proven track record of scaling marketing efforts in a company that grew from $50M to over $250M+, with annual growth exceeding 30%.
• Managed annual budgets exceeding $10M, demonstrating a clear return on investment.
• Comprehensive expertise in full-funnel marketing: SEO, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Local Service Ads (LSA), YouTube, SEMrush, TV/radio, public relations, and influencer marketing.
• Proficient in Salesforce, CallRail, Google Analytics, and AI-driven marketing tools.
• Experience in a regulated industry, such as legal, healthcare, insurance, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of compliance and reputation-driven customer acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Willingness to work on-site in Miami Lakes or remotely with occasional travel to NY and TX offices as necessary.
• Strong preference for bilingual candidates (English/Spanish), with experience in marketing to Hispanic/multicultural audiences and multi-state expansion.
