This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the CMO and Revenue Operations to convert the go-to-market strategy into a cohesive content, demand generation, social media, and communications plan.
• Take ownership of performance monitoring against the pipeline waterfall.
• Oversee the marketing budget, monitor expenditures against the plan, identify variances, and adjust budget allocations towards successful initiatives.
• Develop and manage a program for employee-generated and user-generated content.
• Empower employees, customers, and power users to become authentic advocates for the brand.
• Lead full-funnel demand generation execution, which includes thought-leadership campaigns, account-based advertising, visibility programs, and review generation.
• Implement website content, sales materials, case studies, and customer story content.
• Coordinate with external creative, design, and web resources.
• Manage customer marketing initiatives, including campaigns for adoption and expansion, as well as champion and advocacy programs.
• Execute public relations and communications to enhance executive visibility, speaking opportunities, and thought leadership placement.
• Function as a high-ownership individual contributor without direct reports, collaborating closely with the CMO and leadership team.
• Over 7 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Significant ownership of demand generation, content, or growth marketing within a high-growth company.
• Proven experience managing a marketing budget.
• Experience in managing relationships with vendors and agencies.
• Background in building and scaling an organic advocacy program leveraging employee-generated or customer-generated content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with hands-on execution as well as directing others.
• Data-driven approach to campaign performance.
• Experience in defining and monitoring pipeline, cost-per-opportunity, conversion rates, and channel-level ROI metrics.
• Preferred: Experience marketing to enterprise clients or go-to-market/revenue operations stakeholders.
• Preferred: Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools, including messaging and asset systems, campaign automation, account intelligence, or content generation.
• Preferred: Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup, building marketing infrastructure from the ground up.
• Preferred: A generalist background that encompasses brand/content and demand generation.
• Must be eligible to work full-time in the U.S. or provide work sponsorship information for full-time U.S. employment.
