This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and implement a nationwide marketing strategy to enhance revenue and brand recognition across various states.
• Manage the entire marketing funnel, including paid media, SEO/SEM, public relations, TV/radio, influencer marketing, community engagement, and brand storytelling.
• Lead and expand a team of 15–25+ marketing professionals across social media, digital platforms, paid advertising, creative initiatives, and content development.
• Recruit, mentor, and establish internal career progression paths for high-performing talent.
• Establish and monitor campaign KPIs such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), cost-per-signed-case, and Return on Investment (ROI).
• Create dashboards and reporting schedules to inform strategic decision-making on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Adapt marketing campaigns for the Miami, Orlando, NYC, and Texas markets, catering to bilingual English/Spanish audiences.
• Navigate and ensure compliance with state-specific Bar and legal advertising regulations.
• Manage an annual marketing budget exceeding $10M.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and media partners, ensuring accountability for ROI.
• Participate in the Executive Leadership Team, translating marketing metrics into business strategies for the firm's leadership.
• Over 10 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles (CMO, VP, SVP).
• Experience managing 7+ direct reports and leading teams of 20 or more.
• Proven success in scaling marketing efforts for a company that expanded from $50M to over $250M, achieving 30%+ year-over-year growth.
• Experience managing annual budgets exceeding $10M with demonstrable ROI.
• Extensive full-funnel marketing expertise, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, TV/radio, public relations, and influencer marketing.
• Proficient in Salesforce, CallRail, Google Analytics, and AI-driven marketing tools.
• Background in a regulated industry, such as legal, healthcare, insurance, or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strongly preferred: bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Strongly preferred: experience in marketing to Hispanic/multicultural demographics.
• Strongly preferred: experience with multi-state expansion.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment is contingent upon verification of identity and work authorization.
