This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead analytic and modeling projects that inform payer segmentation, contract assessments, rebate design, and targeted strategies.
• Utilize cutting-edge AI/ML techniques to pinpoint high-value payer or provider segments, anticipate access shifts, and measure contract efficacy.
• Establish and track KPIs along with evidence-based criteria to ensure analytic quality, transparency, and business impact.
• Collaborate with pharmaceutical clients to identify analytics requirements and align outputs with market access goals.
• Oversee solution design, conduct demonstrations, facilitate proof-of-concept sessions, and support RFP solutions.
• Offer thought leadership and strategic guidance to enhance team performance, solution effectiveness, and client value.
• Lead and nurture multidisciplinary teams comprising data engineers, data scientists, BI developers, and analysts.
• Set project milestones, track progress, provide structured feedback, and address project challenges.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects adhering to scope and quality standards.
• Design and manage analytics-ready data layers, integration workflows, and feature engineering processes.
• Oversee the entire data lifecycle from acquisition to analysis, including validation, documentation, and governance.
• Create modular, reusable, and scalable data processes.
• Integrate and manage datasets related to prescription demand, patient claims, formulary/access, provider/payer master, contracting, and financial information.
• Employ standardized techniques for data cleaning, enrichment, mapping, and cross-linkage.
• Collaborate with teams in Finance, Forecasting, Brand Insights, Field Operations, Market Access Strategy, and Pricing & Contracting.
• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical market access analytics, with practical knowledge across essential commercial data domains.
• Strong comprehension of U.S. payer, provider, and access frameworks, including the regulatory and business processes shaping reimbursement and coverage dynamics.
• Advanced expertise in Excel, Snowflake, Dataiku, BI tools, and AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience in designing modular data architectures and implementing cloud-based analytics workflows utilizing AWS or Azure.
• Proven ability to align analytical insights with strategic business goals, including contracting success, revenue impact, and access optimization.
• Established record of successfully leading projects to completion with defined milestones, quantifiable results, and clear commercial value.
• Proficient in converting complex analytics into structured, business-centric communications.
• Proven success in delivering client-facing data narratives and executive-level recommendations.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical market access analytics or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership of technical or cross-functional analytics teams.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial analytics products, reporting solutions, or self-service dashboards from start to finish.
• Direct experience in RFP solution design, capability demonstrations, and presenting analytics to clients or executives.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative, business, or life sciences discipline; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
• Ability to integrate, harmonize, and analyze large, complex datasets.
• Advanced skills in data treatment, cleaning, enrichment, mapping, and feature engineering.
• Hands-on experience in deploying and optimizing analytics using AWS or Azure, Snowflake, Dataiku, and BI/dashboarding tools.
• Experience in translating analytics into actionable recommendations for market access, contracting, rebate strategies, or commercialization.
• Strong project management skills, including scoping, milestone tracking, risk management, and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Knowledge of the U.S. payer landscape, reimbursement, pricing, payment structures, market access policies, and regulatory trends.
