Senior Director, Managed Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Create a thorough payer revenue strategy and implement it through negotiations with payers throughout the Wisconsin market.

• Convert overarching objectives into results tailored to the local market.

• Act as the lead negotiator in critical payer discussions.

• Obtain agreements that safeguard and enhance financial and clinical interests.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Wisconsin's competitive landscape, payer dynamics, and delivery models.

• Align payer strategies with long-term business plans and organizational growth goals.

• Track payer net revenue performance.

• Work together with cross-functional teams to surpass budget targets for payer increases and revenue expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required, including 2 years in leadership or management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required, with 2 of those years in leadership or management.

• Advanced ability to transform intricate data into actionable strategies that yield measurable financial ROI and foster organizational growth.

• Outstanding capability to promote collaboration, align diverse stakeholders, and navigate high-stakes negotiations through effective listening and diplomacy.

• Demonstrated proficiency in prioritizing tasks, leading change, and delegating effectively to provide scalable, human-centered solutions in challenging markets.

• Occasional travel is necessary.
