This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +1 more country.
β’ Develop and implement the strategic plan for the country across competitive Nordic markets.
β’ Serve as the representative for BeOne with senior external stakeholders, including payers and institutional partners.
β’ Meet revenue, profit, and growth objectives.
β’ Create and execute strategic business plans tailored for the respective countries.
β’ Lead the Nordic management team in alignment with European and global strategies.
β’ Cultivate a culture of high performance, engagement, accountability, empowerment, and alignment with BeOne's values.
β’ Attract, nurture, and retain top-tier talent, enhancing the organization's talent pool.
β’ Establish effective internal communication and teamwork practices.
β’ Offer leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to the leadership team.
β’ Advocate for business ethics, integrity, and compliance within a highly regulated industry.
β’ Identify business opportunities and maximize growth potential.
β’ Set sales targets, shape markets, and implement product launch strategies.
β’ Manage connections between late-stage development, commercial planning, launch management, market access, sales support, and marketing.
β’ Oversee lifecycle management, additional indications, brand protection, and performance metrics.
β’ Build relationships with regulatory authorities, payers, politicians, industry associations, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
β’ Handle financial planning, budgeting, expenses, and profit contributions.
β’ Implement regional and global franchise strategies.
β’ Ensure patient-centered business decisions and affiliate compliance across GxP areas.
β’ Ensure affiliates adhere to BeOne standards, as well as local laws and regulations.
β’ Participate in the Catalyse Leadership Team and other governance bodies.
β’ Recruit, manage, and develop local team members.
β’ A minimum of 10+ years of experience in general management, sales, or marketing within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sectors.
β’ Proven history of achieving top-line growth and bottom-line results.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry within the cluster and expertise across multiple therapeutic areas.
β’ Experience in hematology is a significant advantage.
β’ Launch experience in an orphan drug setting is preferred.
β’ Extensive leadership experience in culturally diverse regions.
β’ Demonstrated capability to build, lead, inspire, motivate, and develop diverse, high-performing teams in a matrix environment and remotely.
β’ Experience in a small yet rapidly growing entrepreneurial commercial environment.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, complemented by high emotional intelligence.
β’ Strong communication and presentation abilities.
β’ Visionary leadership with experience in change management.
β’ Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
β’ Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, HR, Finance, Regulatory, and related functions.
β’ Ability to navigate effectively within a complex matrix organization.
β’ A university undergraduate degree in science or business at a minimum.
β’ Proficient computer skills, including MS Office applications.
β’ Fluency in both verbal and written English, as well as one Nordic language.
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
