Product Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product development life cycle for a designated portfolio.

• Take ownership of portfolio P&L and collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and Product Directors.

• Direct intricate new-product initiatives and ongoing business development projects, working with engineering, data, vendors, and other departments.

• Create and implement project plans featuring defined performance metrics.

• Provide project updates to stakeholders.

• Foster relationships with internal leadership, clients, partners, and suppliers.

• Perform financial analyses, develop business cases, pricing models, track profitability, and optimize monetization strategies.

• Formulate product strategies that align with financial objectives.

• Assist in developing new capabilities, partner programs, and enhancing the portfolio.

• Anticipate industry trends and client requirements to propel product innovation.

• Spearhead go-to-market strategies for features, betas, and product releases, including operational alignment, documentation, pricing, marketing materials, financial models, and sales training.

• Act as the product representative to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Assess product concepts and opportunities based on customer demand, business viability, regulatory compliance, industry standards, and data security.

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk management teams.

• Assist with quarterly product roadmap planning while considering capacity limitations.

• Prioritize features and enhance product effectiveness and business process efficiency in conjunction with the Product Owner.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.

• A Master's Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 8 years of prior leadership and management experience.

• Extensive knowledge and experience regarding industry-related challenges.

• Familiarity with workflow and business relationships across all functional areas within the organization.

• Understanding of emerging technologies, including AI tools and Microsoft Office applications.

• Proven, hands-on experience using AI tools in daily product tasks.

• Strong analytical abilities, including the skill to interpret business, marketing, financial, and legal information.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comprehension of financial and profitability concepts.

• Skills in innovation and product adaptation.

• Proficiency in AI and comfort with AI-driven workflows.

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.

• Experience in leading projects and initiatives across various functional areas.
